I understand that my puppy will need to receive an additional DHPP/DAPP vaccine at 13 and 16 weeks before being fully protected against distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus, and parainfluenza.

I understand that my puppy is due to receive a rabies vaccination at 16 weeks of age, and that this vaccine is required by the state of Michigan. Rabies is a preventable disease that is fatal 100% of the time.

I understand that my puppy has been microchipped, and to switch the puppy to my name I need to register the microchip with the Avid and pay the one time registration fee with the included registration paperwork.

I understand that my puppy is sold as a PET ONLY. I agree to not breed this dog, and to spay/neuter by 1 year of age. We recommend spaying girls before 8 months and neutering boys as soon as they lift their leg to pee.

I agree that, in the event that the new owner is unable to keep the puppy for any reason, it is required that the puppy be returned to the breeder. No refund will be provided for the return of the puppy, except in cases where the puppy is returned within 48 hours of adoption, in which case a 50% refund will be issued. This policy ensures the well-being and proper care of the puppy, as the breeder is committed to finding a suitable and loving home for all puppies bred.
